I think our Corp is exactly what you’re looking for.
In summary, we’re a reformed corp of mostly experienced players, with a few newbros we picked up along the way. Most of us have played Eve on hardcore mode in the past, and don’t want that anymore.
Our goal this time around is:
- Keep things a relatively manageable size.
- Focus on gameplay, culture, and enjoyment.
- Rediscover the “fun” in Eve, and not take it all too seriously.
In saying all the above, we do have some decent goals we’re working towards as a group, but they aren’t mandatory, and most people will switch between participating in that and what they want to do themselves.
Our group is mainly in their 30s-40s, a lot have kids, families, lives, etc. So we understand that takes priority, and this is a game for fun and relaxation.

Noir. is one of the oldest and last remaining true mercenary corporations. With bossman Alekseyev Karrde running EVE’s longest running podcast “Declarations of War”.
Members wise we have a very good mix of younger blood, old vets, and gentlemen so old we’re morally obliged to call them gentlemen. Lots of fathers. lots of jobs that don’t allow EVE to be on the menu every evening. Sounds like you’d fit right in!
We do have a memberbase that’s largely focussed on PVP, but outside of contract most everything is fair game. If your thing is PVE, mining, abyssals, shooting fireworks outside of Rens station, that’s your call to make 
On-contract we each find our way to contribute to the contract, which will most often be PVP focussed. But there is room and need for logistics, scouts, planners, theorycrafters, WH chain scanners, etc. in most contracts, so there is a role to be found for everyone.
Mercenary Contracts are the ultimate way to spice up your EVE PVP experience. Every contract is different, every challenge unique. When the client has a plan but lacks guts, firepower, experience or all of the above - we come in. At a price, ofcourse.
Off contract we are active in the Gal-Cal warzone, with access to PVP around the clock. As part of lowsec powerhouse Shadow Cartel we have access to larger fleet content, besides our regular day-to-day smallgang PVP.
Noir. is a very tight knit group of players with very active management, where each player gets to step up and play their part. No F1 monkeys, no numbers in the mass. We achieve greatness through combined effort and shared ownership of the battleplan.
