Wellcome back to the game again, i hope that you will find yourself your long turm home.  
Regarding a long turm home, i just might be able to offer that if it falls into your tastes and interest.

I am trying to develop an idea that i had since i started playing this game years back. Plus other projects and ideas that i have in mind to develop at a later date.

that you can read and get somewhat of an understanding of what i am trying to develop.  
Best would be if we could have a conversation about it since i feel that the text do not paint up the hole picture of it, instead it paints up the ground formation of it.  
I have other ideas as well that i mentioned that you might be interested in so do get in contact with me so we can discuss more about it if you would like.
