What this T1 neut brawler fit sacrifices in DPS (Alpha Clone 56.4 DPS at 600m fac ammo), it makes up for in target capacitor warfare (45 GJ neutralized / 6 sec). Dual armor rep configuration offer flexibility to double active tank if ‘player needs to go to 11.’

The extra structure buffer allows the usage of the ancil repper with a generous margin of error and it DOES NOT impede agility and speed of the Rifter, one of its main advantages. With its generous Speed and Falloff this ship can react flexible to its enemys, kiting brawlers and brawling kiters to ensure the advantage is on its side. All modules will be used at all time sbesides the Repairer so it is quite easy to manage. A easy to fly fit with room for error and still a strong punch.
