**What is S Y N D I C A T E?**
Syndi is a smaller alliance run by a long-term eve veteran who knows how to get stuff done. We strike fast and strong, not backing down to any fights.

Done being an F1 monkey out in your bloc? Just joined the game and looking for a nice place to live? Maybe you’ve made your own corp and need some guidance & support? I assure you, Syndi is a great home for you. Instead of group unspecified “please do this” alliance messages, we offer specific 1-1 advice for you or your corp, including skill plans, ship fits, and becoming an fc.

**Ok, now why should I join?**
Because you’re bored of your current career, and are looking for some excitement! Whether new or 20-year vet, you have a place here, always and forever.

**Are there any requirements to join?**
Few and far between. Mainly, we require the following:

Having a good mindset towards the game
Actively playing the game
Willing to fit the doctrines
Prefer PVP or Industrial gameplay
Has a working [discord](https://discord.com) account
Willing to use Mumble for specific fleets
Will listen to fc.

Sound like a good home? Pop into our [discord](https://discord.gg/JgEbXvSgxj) for any questions or concerns.
