Hi, I have an Issue with my client (in windowed mode) where as soon as I hold down the left mouse button down and move the mouse (even a little bit) the screen will do a 360 spin around my ship before behaving normally. This happens in the station as well as in space, and also makes the rotary menu useless. Full screen works fine. ``` Linux Mint 20.2 Mesa 21.0.3 Kernel 5.4.0-81 Steam Proton GE 6.14-GE-2 ``` Any Tips from you Linux Pros would be appreciated ---

well after poking around a bit I have found that having the window all the way to the left of the screen fixes the issue. ---

Is it a similar case? Is it different because it doesn’t depend on the position of the window or the full screen and the window? this is a second issue I have is with the (in game) window resizing , but that issue only happens in Full screen mode you have a almost the same issue as i do at 2:40, where you do the ship spinning. ---

so so far with the EVE Online mouse issues (in windowed mode) I have found -Proton-6.14-GE(-1 and -2) and Proton-6.16-GE have this issue -lutris has this issue even with e-sync toggled and other mouse settings changed -lutris with wine staging installed and set as the wine version works without issue -dosn’t happen when the window is in the top left corner -lutris defult wine is “lutris-fshack-6.14-3-x86\_4” Could my issue be the full screen hack in wine? ---

well today steam did a small update to eve and broke everything. Didn’t try Proton 5.0 but that’s on borrowed time anyway. I will be playing eve in lutris with wine staging. ---

I have the same problem. I was able to play without a problem with proton 5 but since yesterday i only can play with Proton-6.16-GE, i still have to try with wine staging to see if the windowed problem is still there. I guess that we have to wait for steamplay to update to wine 6.16. ---
