First of all I highly recommend the official [German Forum](https://forums.eveonline.com/c/de) as a part of this forum.
For noobs I had a peep into [Noob fleet (German)](https://pod-express.de/noob-fleet/) and [Mission Running for Noobs (German)](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/de-missionrunning-4-noobs-venture-special-donnerstag-26-10-2017/17206). Nice guys, but of course not very international 🙂
