The gm in that incident made a mistake and went where he wasn’t previously allowed to go. He did what he could to keep IA satisfied. ---

I did read the posts, which is why I commented. I have yet to hear **anything** about increasing sec status via killing Sleepers in wormholes, and I make most of my isk in C3s. Yet, look at my sec status, -6.6 and it hasn’t gone up when I rat in WHs. From what I understand, this has been a mechanic for a long time, and as a long time player I expected you to know this. Especially as you claim to know everything about PvP (Suspect baiting isn’t ganking by the way). ---
