Just started using Skinr for the first time alongside some friends so thought I’d give some feedback. 1. Being able change the emblems on ships would be cool. I’d love to put some SOE emblems on some white ship recolours for roleplaying purposes. 2. Being able to zoom-in further in the skinr menu would be appreciated. 3. Being able to change details like the colour of the hangar bay shielding and lighting would be great. That’s all, thanks for taking the time to read my post. ---

Being able to prevent patterns from showing up on a particular side of the ship would be nice. ---

You can do this by setting a second pattern that covers the part of the ship you wish to remain unpatterned, and setting its blending to exclude. ---

I do not want to waste a slot to compensate CCP’s development incompetence. I have a skin in where I need all the pattern slots for actual patterns so that the skin looks good. But since the patterns repeat on the back of the ship where I do not want them, I’d have to compromise my great skin, which is not acceptable. We already have the Projection feature in SKINR. All CCP has to do is give an option to ONLY project the pattern on the visible portion of the ship and not mirror it on the other side. ---

You can move some (not all) patterns around such that they only appear on parts of your ship without having to use a second pattern to block it out. One such example is any of the skulls. ---

This does not work for this particular pattern. Exo-Spinal appears mirrored whatever I do. ---

Sarathiel. The Exo-Spinal should only show up on the front, not on the back side. And I use 2 of these in different color shades, which occupies both available pattern slots. ---

Not going to reveal my precious Sarathiel Skin. However. For shits and giggles, I tried the Exit Marked to hide the W half on the bottom. It sorta worked with Normal blend mode, scaled up and Projection to place it. Only the orange pattern on the top side should be there. Obviously, there’s a mirrored pattern below … but on the Impel, there are actually 2 mirrored parts, completely warped and disfigured. #CCPQualityCoding ---

Which ones do not mirror? I have not found a single pattern that does not do that. ---

Some mirror - others are a continuous pattern (so I guess that’s kind of mirroring). I thought about it after I posted, checked SKINR again and realized you’re right (oops). ---
