Anyone that wanted it had ample time buying it officially. Took days for the UK/EU stock to run out and weeks for the US and worldwide one… ---

Holy hell… I mean, once people buy the book it’s their property and they can do whatever they want with it. I’d be very flattered if someone paid two grand for a book I wrote, but that’s pretty ridiculous. 😲 ---

I think the proper response here is obvious… Write more books!
