# So the new playable race on the winter nexus screen

On the Winter Nexus backdrop to the forums there are some freeky looking characters, are these new playable races or npc , how do they relate to the game lore ?. if they are playable characters the one with a hoover hose for a nose can i play him 😃

They are capsuleer clones that went rogue.

This is how capsuleer bodies really look after years of exposing themselves to space radiation and spaceship environment, without going out.
