Excuse me, do you have Microsoft 365 where you work? Make all the goofy emojis you like. It’s not considered safe, so no, we don’t use it at work. But I have used it, extensively, at my old job for example, and the support was unimpressive. When macros stopped working in my Excel their solution was ”reformat the computer”, which is an insane step to be forced to resort to. ---

I have always said, we must rely on Microsoft too much already. However I also notice these same people knocking MS support are the same people telling others they need to update Windows or upgrade from Direct X 11 to Direct X 12. You are a contradiction in terms when you talk about MS support lacking and yet in the same breath you will support their iron grip on everything you use on a PC. At work, I have to use what tool they choose contract. At home, my business is done in Linux and I own an Android phone. I only play games in Windows 10 for recreation. I haven’t seen any poor support from Microsoft 365, my company pays for us to use it, so when something is not working, I find out why. Linux is the better business OS, however they are community supported and my company will never drift that way. Those of you who criticizing Microsoft also make it the conglomerate it has become. If you hate something that much, then why are you still supporting them? You don’t have to answer that, we know the answer, because everyone else does. ---
