ANYWAYS. We got a little off topic because of the incorrect terminology. Let me clarify. It’s referred to as “ganking” in Eve. You’d only call it “griefing” if you were a poor sport with an entitled attitude. ---

No because griefing doesn’t exist in Eve. It’s instead referred to as “PvP”. Unless I was mistaken and ‘dystopian’ actually means “perfectly safe utopia”. Also, I’m pretty sure the “MM” in “MMO” stands for “Massive Multiplayer” so it would stand to reason that: 1. Interacting with other players is unavoidable (and actually the entire point of the genre) 2. Competing with other players for resources is the entire point of the game. 3. Since this is a “competitive MMO” you probably shouldn’t expect the entire game to revolve around your playstyle and instead expect that other players will very likely interfere. 4. Crying for nerfs to your competitor is extremely selfish and entitled behavior in such a game. ---
