Was fun flying with you guys over a weekend, really nice bunch! (thought some FCs are a bit hard to understand at first because of the accent)

Nice to see new player friendly stuff. Might help if you post which timezones and weekdays you guys are most active on, when you have the most FCs available.

If not runnning all day, they most likely start 15.00 eve time monday -friday, weekend they go crazy starting from 6 am eve time till atlleast 12.00 pm (midnight eutime)

Greetings and thank you for the introductory thread.

I am looking to fly some logi in incursions, and as a newbie to this content, joined the mailing lists and looked up the channel you mentioned.
Unfortunately I did not find anyone responding to my posts asking about TDF in the chat channel, and I also had to realize that the basic logi fits recommended in the mail start at 700m which is really steep for me.
I bring the skills, but the pricetag is tricky.

Are there less expensive alternatives or someone I could mail in-game to discuss basics of running with The Ditanian Fleet?

There’s a 4/2 guardian that cost 437 mill in Jita now. You’re going to need a cap buddy though so make sure people know that in fleet.

The Oni you can only use in the Vanguard & Assault sites. But you’ll make enough ISK in no time to upgrade so you can get into the HQ sites. Also once you’ve flown with us a bit there’s always loaner ships. Just make sure you contract them back as soon as you leave fleet.

thanks for the response and suggesting budget-builds. I was a bit confused at first as I could not find these fits in the extensive mails posted via the TDF_Logi mail-list.
But I see that an update has been posted including them :).
With half the price of the previous recommendations the barrier of entry is a lot lower. Thank you!

Regarding the Oneiros fit, I hope those storyline remote reps will get less expensive over time. I played with them on SiSi and the difference between the storyline and t2 remote reps is around 4-5 hp/s.
However, the storyline ones are much easier to fit and use less capacitor.

Out of curiosity, do you guys use Augorors as well or are they not useful for incursions?

No sorry Augorors are not used, but we do use the Nestor. Which means you can skip the logistic skill & cruiser skill and concentrate on the support skills instead.
