Tell me plz, where in new Agency find tab on the missions Resource Wars? ---

Resource wars are not currently shown in the Agency. The sites can still be found as a beacon in your overview. I suspect CCP has some plans for the feature that would require them to reposition it so they chose to leave it out until those plans are implemented. ---

COSMOS constellation’s are not shown either. Nothing in The Agency is CCP code for “we have no intention of ever doing anything with that stuff ever again” ---

No the sites are still there, you just have to fly around and look for them. (again) ---
