It is not intentional immorality, so really it is incompetence. Some robot with a rubber stamp was delivered the right set of documents and approved the infomorph revival without ever knowing what sort of monster they were resurrecting. An indicator of a problem, but hardly something that warrants dismantling the whole institution. ---
