How do you calculate crew salaries? I once had a go at [estimating an IT specialist salary](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-cost-of-living/122468/10) in New Eden. It was 25,000 ISK per year. I wonder how it compares to your estimates for a baseline spaceship crew.
