IP or M.A.C address. Not so hard, you know. With the same way they ban all “connected” accounts if needed. ---

I wasn’t suggesting EVERYONE in hisec is an alt of a nulsec main. I’m suggesting that if pretty much everyone in another area of space has an alt for hisec stuff (most do in my experience) that will shift the metrics to show a much larger playerbase in Hisec than is factual. ---
