For scientific method. Also, isn’t it a question of law, or , for the administration of justice, and not related to science or scientific research? It seems highly unscientific and blatatly erroneous and different from the facts. Supposed to apply to facts of the law, based on the case before them, while trying to avoid the scientific truth. Huh… so-so. A catalonian iIndependentist guy beated the current mayor by 5,000 votes (146,000 vs 151,000) and got 10 out of 41 seats in the municipality council. But, it’s unclear whether he’ll find a majority to become mayor, or support his catalonian independence agenda. I voted the former mayor albeit she’s not of my liking just to prevent the other guy from winning, but oh well. We’ll see, winning the election and bcoming mayor are different things, and he’s in no easy place to sell the independentist stuff. ---
