The picture suggests me “Gateway” because of the chair, but the title obviously isn’t a single word. It could also be something about “Dune” (a Guild navigator maybe?) but then the title is also too long for a single word. Then there’s the God-like eye which suggests me of “The end of childhood” but I’m not sure, at least it would fit with the longer title. So i’m going to google it. 😛 Edit: doh! I didn’t thought of it! 😅 ---

You did, its a book from the series so you was right. Also nobody really knows what it had to depict. The strange dinguses on sides are probably to make it more eyecatching. ---

Wel, I kind of had the image of the Navigators being worm-like and unable to move on their own, based on the film, but I’m not sure if Herbert ever described them (and I read the book like 30 year ago). The human face and arms on that cover are just freakish but knowing it’s about Dune, the blue eye makes sense. ---

Also: if you film a scene with a film-based camera and the camera is upside down (rotated 180º), if you later play the film with the right orientation (heads up) the scene will be reversed in time; that was the cheap way to film such scenes.
