So Uranus spins to the opposite side, unlike other planets. Very interesting. I wonder how it came to that? 🤔 Timezone lovelies. ❤ ---

I ate a hamburger today. But instead of being wrapped with buns, it was wrapped in lettuce. Less sodium, less blood sugar spike. ---

Some people are overthinking their food… Just have a salad and then a hamburger, that’s what I do. I like salad and also like boiled vegetables, both salad and vegetable dressed with virgin olive oil and a little salt (for boiled vegetables i pour the salt in the boiling water). A good hamburger has enough protein in it to digest the fat. Or can go for a mixed burguer with pork and beef, which has less fat but still is tasty. There’s even chicken burguers and mixed turkey+chicken burguers, but I’m not a fan of bird burgers. Wrapping a burger in lettuce is just overthinking your food, IMHO. 🤔 And now i’m off to bed. So much talking about burgers has me wishing to have a burger next week… Nighties lovelies!
