One drawback is that the urine hose isn’t well suit to female anatomy, but that’s being worked on and the new toilet system (which was just launched and will be tested for two or three years) does includes a hose adapter. Also, number 1 is recycled whereas number 2 is just frozen and stored, then is added to other trash when a capsule is burned in reentry back to Earth. ---
