It is real. When your dopamine is naturally f\*\*\*ed up, keeping it in normal, functional levels is a part of the daily life. Routines are a good chocie, doing always the same thing in the same way, even if tis a bit boring, it’s also reassuring and frees the mind for other activities. But when the balance goes off, it’s very easy to fall into bad habits. I’ve been slowly developing a habit of eating bad, craving for salty fats and sweet. It’s been creeping slowly as alarms rised here and there, but is real. And i know with all my conscious mind that it’s gonna send me to a hospital sooner than later. I know too that exercise rises dopamine levels, and intense exercise segregates endorfins, which are the big kahoona of brain drugs. I know it. But acting on it requires more than my agreement to not kill myself while that could cause suffer to my family. I don’t effin want this sh\*t called life, and the only way I can convince myself to change my life is thinking that not doing will make it even worse, and less comfortable. Being fat sucks. Gaining 8 kg because of a bad eating habit sucks double. I don’t need to find out how fat can I grow eating bloody chips and chocolate cookies. I need to exercise. That’s the goal I need. It is not just a struggle for pleasure, but for the rewards of being alive. I’m not expecting anything crazy -having a partner, or have some sex, or develop some friendship. Would be enough to sleep well and stop gaining weight like a braindead fool. Removing the toxic habit of playing WoWs (which increased my stress levels) is just a step in the right direction. Walking home from my job (at least part of the trip) would could should be the next. Yeah, completely. 😑 ---

I can learn the ropes with KF, too. I have followed Eve for a couple of years as my roommate plays. Eve Uni does not seem to offer what I want to learn. ---

I was in goons proper for a while and grew tired of it and I even flew with the smallish and a bit more professional fleets. But I do agree if you want make the most of your time you really need get into small groups of friends and try to actually use skill to kill off other players. That’s where the real fun and rush comes from, not blobbing. ---

It rained for about 30 minutes. It only made the heat worse by adding humidity. At least work is over and I can relax in front of a fan for the duration of the night. Go Cavs! ---
