Starborne pre-alpha started today 🤯 I can’t talk about it much (had to sign a NDA), but I guess so far it’s an improvement over the last real alpha. And that’s with half the client not even working 😃 ---

Oh, yes, Ala 12’s emblem! Their motto is “No le busques tres pies”, refering to the Spanish saying “No le busques tres pies al gato”. Literally means don’t look for three feet on a cat, meaning to not mess in pointless arguments or more generally don’t look for trouble (in this case, with Ala 12). The closest English idiom is “don’t split hairs” or plain “don’t look for trouble where there’s none”. ---

What about that plastic eatin microbes? Evolution needs to work even faster. Maybe when people will start seeing their tootbrush desintegrate in a week by plastic eating bacerias, something will change. 🤔 ---

I would never buy an apple computer. But I still like their phones. I had to setup a new Samsung S9 for family and I did not like it from the beginning, they come with so much bloat although it’s better than what it used to be. I mean it literally comes with 3 messaging apps out of the box which is ridiculous and samsung changes their touchwiz android skin all the time so I had to relearn how to use it. I always seem to have hell of a time getting all contacts transferred over to the new phone as well. It does have a nice OLED screen but it is a bit over saturated in color as samsung always seems to do, and I don’t like the curved edges at all. It seems like every android phone manufacture tries to put their own crap on top of the stock apps in order to be different from other manufacturers but it just ends up with further fragmentation. ---

I couldn’t finish the first video. The second time he said that a SCREW broke up (read “screw” as in “amotherfuckinnighindestructiblethingsuchasascrew”) I was about to vomit. How. Can. A. Screw. Break. I mean, these things are made (should be made) of high tension steel. There are literally hundreds of steel formulas for screws of all sizes, all which have in common high tear resistance, so they don’t effin’ break when you’re twisting them. It’s the whole purpose of steel for screw, so they don’t break apart when being screwed. So How. Can. A Screw. Break in a motherfukkin Apple sh\*t? PS: OK I continued watching. They use zinc screws. ZINC screws. Guess it’s par for the course for the company with unfusable fuses… ---
