She already purrs like a kitten but it can use a good oil change and fresh plug. Cant wait to see it with a complete fresh coat of paint. ---

We had a magazine called in translation literaly “Do It Yourself” like in english DIY. There you could find plans of boats, cars, buildings, everything home build. There were even described some engineering tricks like shaping sheets of paper on a bag of sand, so the car could have had a real metal body. I think the times were good for that, as people were still poor and things were really expensive, so they could build their own, on their own. Great magazine. We have a ton of fun building and modding together. My son loves the hands on melt and molding fabricating trickery we do. Learning this stuff at his age I can only imagine the things he will build. He sheared the two plates that hold our gas and brake pedals on without even asking for a hand. At 13 I’m super impressed with his abilities. Its just hard to keep his attention for longer than 10-20 minutes since that’s about how long a match in fortnite takes lol. After we arrived home today he showered and went right to bed after saying he was physically drained. Kids these days. 🙄 ---

Good morning LAGLers! That’s not Spanish, rather Ladino, a mix of ancient Spanish and Hebrew with some Arabic. It is barely understandable for a modern Spanish speaking person, but with some intuition it makes sense. ---

If police comes, they pull the strings, turn the blanket into a bag and run as fast as they can. Shop owners hate them but there is no political will to send them into outright misery by making laws like they did in Florence, where selling in the street is fined with 500 euros both for buyer and seller. That certainly headshot street selling in Florence, leaving only aurhorized sellers with a paid license to sell art products and only art products. They sell where ever they want regardless of safety issues, they have no refund policies or reclamation service, and some of these sellers are mere fences, selling stolen goods and helping criminals to their profits - if they’re not the thieves themselves. ---
