Patik? Those in Spanish are called _ā€œpatucosā€_, and now i am sensing a common root to the wordā€¦ itā€™s etymology time! ā€¦but might be difficult to find. The Spanish etymology for _ā€œpatucoā€_ feels it might come from Aragonese _ā€œpeducoā€_ (thick wool sock) which in turn comes from Catalan _ā€œpeĆ¼cā€_ (which is the same thing as a _patik_ or a _patuco_, but also for a kind of thick short socks used by older people) and in turn comes from Catalan _ā€œpeuā€_ (foot). The word appears to be originate from Greek word patikĆ³s Ļ€Ī±Ļ„Ī¹ĪŗĻŒĻ‚. ā€œlight shoe, slipperā€. So I can conclude that it is Latin origin and not Turkic. Timezone. ---

So now CCP has got money for a new game which will somehow involve blockchain technology. I am undecided on what negatively impresses me more, whether CCP developing another failed game, or that stillbirth project involving blockchain. Whatever it is, itā€™s being made by CCP, thus itā€™s gonna be dead on arrival if it ever arrives, and iā€™m gonna barf if anyone mentions ā€œplay to earnā€ related to that project. meanwhile, there are still some games being created that are games, and not blockchains or schemes of taking money from people.
