Today I had the chance to visit a net cafe after 11 or 12 years. They had somewhat high end machines or they’ve placed me on an older spec machine than the other ones. I installed EVE on a computer there and the frame rates were amazing. The monitor was probably TN panel since the visuals didn’t look as great as on an IPS panel. There were many other games pre-installed on the machines as well. ---

I dont know of such method unfortunately. In the browser I have, Opera, there is an option to save the page as PDF tho. Entire page. That means all images in it as they are visible on the page, with everything on top and on the bottom of the page as visible in browser. If there are too much borders on the sides, I can zoom in the page, so images fill the width more on sides. It works good then as PDF for reading on mobile. ---
