Time to go to bed… today my dad had a hip replacement surgery, so his legs will improve from one seriously effed up joint and five effed up joints to five effed up joints and one brand new joint. We hope that will restore him some mobility as the way since last year’s May when he was first approved for surgery has been of slow and continued decay. Nigties lovelies! I have been reading the Nostradamus basically thru all my life, and some things start to fall in place right now. Of course there will be WWIII and big natural disaster like never in human history. With good luck we will live thru it all, here, where I live. 🤔 By some unheard of natural tendency of things falling in their place, when you can even see in your dreams the future that will soon come… ---

Blind men and an elephant ![](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/8/7/7/877821748fa93710e539d95c9471db9e95131280.jpeg) > The [parable](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parable) of the **blind men and an elephant** originated in the ancient [Indian subcontinent](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_subcontinent), from where it has been widely diffused. It is a story of a group of blind men who have never come across an [elephant](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elephant) before and who learn and imagine what the elephant is like by touching it. Each blind man feels a different part of the elephant’s body, but only one part, such as the side or the tusk. They then describe the elephant based on their limited experience and their descriptions of the elephant are different from each other. In some versions, they come to suspect that the other person is dishonest and they come to blows. The moral of the parable is that humans have a tendency to claim absolute truth based on their limited, subjective experience as they ignore other people’s limited, subjective experiences which may be equally true. Six blind elephants were discussing what men were like. After arguing they decided to find one and determine what it was like by direct experience. The first blind elephant felt the man and declared, ‘Men are flat.’ After the other blind elephants felt the man, they agreed. ---
