The human mind can record the movement of objects, to then trigger the recorded states in the neural network as impulses with a certain fixed pattern. The phenomenon of the passage of time is a phenomenon born in the human mind, which has a memory of events. Without any memory it is impossible to experience such a phenomenon as the passage of time, and to experience it with a specific frequency (sometimes it is a little less or more, but basically the same range for all people). Recording and reproducing systems are basically a recording of movement and its reconstruction in a highly simplified form and are also subject to the principle of relatively moving objects and the principle of continuous change of the medium. How we remember things can also change because of this. The speed of light may actually be infinite, minus infinite or zero when we think that theoretically the world may be one and only thing that can already be recorded and played in itself (including us), and we are just “rewinding” this tape, determinism. This would exclude time travel other than the ones already made, and that rather in our mind, to maintain the deterministic nature of this theoretical world.
