Last night was not a good night at all. I flew to america, the land of the free, to go horseback riding, something I haven’t done in a while. It turned out to be a big mistake! I got onto a horse and started out fine but when we went a little faster that was where it became apparent I was in trouble before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go, It felt like the saddle was sliding to the side, unfortunately I caught my foot in the stirrup as I flew off and the horse continued dragging me. It wouldn’t stop. Hit my head, banged up my elbow pretty good and hurt my pride, what would Frostpacker have thought? Thank goodness the manager at Chuckie Cheese came over and unplugged the machine, but he had the nerve to take the rest of my tokens so I wouldn’t attempt to ride the Elephant or Motorcycle. Prince was smart for a horse, had a trick when you tried the cross the river, would pretend to trip and dunk his head and try to splash you! 😆 But past the river, you were part of the food chain. Black bear country so not that bad. And the horses knew it. Almost as good as dogs at detecting danger. 1 time yearly inspection of the property since most of it was forest. .303 British on point, 30/30 lever action 2nd, me with a birdshot shotgun 3rd. If it gets that close, shoot it in the face and just blind it. It seems I’ve been dealing with ganking a lot longer than most of you? 🤔 Edit; I forgot to add how they, as a team could just dig themselves into the ground if the load would not break free at 1st. Can’t find a vid for it, but horses won, sod failed. ---
