There is also Vampire Night, celebrated annually on Zaera’s brithday, and aims to raise awareness about vampires and their crucial role in the EVE ecosystems. It’s a night to appreciate the diversity, beauty, and ecological importance of these often misunderstood and wonderfull beings. The night also seeks to dispel negative myths and fears surrounding vampires and gankers, promoting a more positive and informed perception of them, giving miners a false sense of security. ![Dark Laugh](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/d/d/5/dd5e811f1a4be0642aee32a43c73513863ce8599.jpeg) ---

CCP should provide a Zaera allowance. To be honest , I am quite shocked that they don’t. * * * Just got an app for my phone to find water for the next time I go cycling in a heatwave. I’d share it with frostpacker, but he would just use it to find the nearest watering hole. ---

Last Thursday I went to the local health institution to give blood for testing and I got my results this Monday. I was expecting the numbers to be horrible. But they were actually quite normal, except two things: I need to cut back on meat ASAP or I’ll be afflicted with gout and then in 10-20 years I’d end up in dialysis because of that. The second thing is that my folate level is very low so I need to eat eggs. But I found out that from NHS website that these are the alternative sources: ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/8/0/2/80233b8efdc6e95340e2956136ea06b5eaab568a.png) Speaking of eggs, they reminded me of this Disney gem: [![](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/f/a/6/fa6b0c26e0d744ca34148110b8d888d63585e46b.jpeg "The Rescuers Down Under - Joanna stealing McLeach's eggs") ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUNXwgDObr0) ---

> [@Yiole\_Gionglao](#): > > Photograph: Soldiers of the 9th London Regiment, Queen Victoria’s Rifles, during physical training on Hampstead Heath, UK, 1915 many of them have the moustaches and even the same ones. Nowadays they don’t allow facial hair in militaries. But boy do they look they’re enjoying what they’re doing. Or at least they aren’t breaking a sweat. * * * One of my all-time favorite jokes: A woman has to go to Italy for a conference, so her husband drives her to the airport. “Thank you, honey”, she says. “What would you like me to bring back for you?” He laughs and says, “An Italian girl!” When the conference is over, he meets her at the airport and asks, “So, honey, how was the trip?” “Very good,” she replies. “And what happened to my present?” “Which present?” she asks. “The one I asked for- an Italian girl!” “Oh, that,” she says. “Well, I did what I could. Now we have to wait nine months to see if it’s a girl.” ---
