**Your great-great-great-great great-great-great-grandpa had rythm and great-great-great-great great-great-great-grandma’s hips didn’t lie.** The first rhythm instruments or percussion instruments most likely involved the clapping of hands, stones or wood sticks hit together, or other things that are useful to create rhythm. One form of music or another has existed at leat since 80,000 years BCE.
