ā€¦ with a regular holder I do prefer the top leftā€¦ loose end outward and down, not inward and down. BUTā€¦ my wife and I have the lazy (wo)manā€™s TP holder. itā€™s just a spindle you put on the counterā€™s edge near the toilet and you can place 1, 2, 3, or even 4 (if you desire to have a big olā€™ tower of 'em) TP rolls on and then you unroll 'em sideways. no more dealing with the damned roll holder sticking out of the wall constantly (or its damnable spring-loaded spinny bit). ---
