# The New warp stabilizer kills the porpoise

The module works just as fine on the Porpoise as it did before. In fact, it works _better_ now that it allows you to use another module alongside it and still have +2 warp core strength.

Porpoise can use 5 mining drones with the module, the only downside is that it cannot use 5 medium drones anymore with the module and is limited to 5 small drones. But on the upside the Porpoise gains the possibility to use a damage control, drone damage amplifier or something else that it couldn’t use when it used 2 warp core stabilizers in the lows.

Warp core stabilizer is better on the Porpoise now. And yet I still wouldn’t use one.

thanks. I appreciate the reply. I use it mainly for solo mining. Everyone seems to think it can only be used as a “command ship” when it works well on its own…like in the description. It took 3 ships and a few minutes to finally crack its tank. 😀
