To whom it may concern, Is the support ticketing system down? I’m going on day 8 without a single reply; automated or otherwise, to three(3) separate issues, and 4yrs of subscription time that’s disappeared. Please advise. ---

The GM’s managing tickets are just swamped with them. It’ll just take time for them to get back to you. ---
