I’d point out that whilst political type opinion is generally dis-allowed here ( which I totally agree with ), if you are going to allow a thread to move in that direction then you can’t have just one side being presented and people are naturally going to respond if it is. ---

This is probably the first time _ever_, on this and on our older, archived forums, that I am confused about the meaning of the forum rules. If the thread had been about questionable behavior in the game (or forums) related to politics (or religion, or race, or gender, or …) the advice would likely be to “gather the evidence and file a ticket with support”, before it would spin out of control. Game forums should not discuss political topics, it’s my fault! The views of Chinese people on their own country are basically consistent with mine. Young people grow up on social media, and we have a basic understanding of foreigners’ views on China, but we disagree. Similarly, I just hope that everyone can make friends in this game, not just talk nonsense ---

A problem the world over…but one area where I totally _agree_ with the strict Chinese policy of denying the kid computer access where such addiction occurs. I can responsibly tell you that Western media reports about the oppression and killing of ethnic minorities are all fake news, and there are no restrictions on foreigners visiting these areas. They are all aimed at curbing China’s development. If you encounter Westerners returning from China and share their views on China, you will find a completely different China from what your media says! ---
