If you incur losses due to server issues you can file a support ticket by visiting [support.eveonline.com](http://support.eveonline.com) and filing a ticket under the Game Play Support -\> Reimbursement and then choose the appropriate subcategory. You can also access the support ticket system in-client by pressing F12 in the clicking on Go to Help Centre. Your reimbursement claim will be reviewed by our customer support team. ---

18.46 UTC. Still cant Log in. Same message. “Cant connect to server…” My network working well. Another MMOs are playable. I send request into support service but still no answer. 2 days left after last loggin guys. Give me advice to resolve problem. Is the TQ still under DDos or maybe another problem? I cant find any official INFO. CCP Convict Please help! 😇 ---

I have not yet received the ship … nor the other losses. Since it was my main source of income and I play the game a lot I am bored now and I lose time and isk. Does CCP pay my omegas? Does CCP pay for my skill injectors? Does CCP fund my goals? No… I have to do it myself. I spend a lot of time doing this every day. And the last few days I’ve been making big losses for my circumstances due to the loss from the server crash ---
