Do you remember the last period? It lasted weeks. On your opinion, what would have be the impact on CCP’ finances if they had to reimburse everyone? And what if this happens 3 or 4 time every year? ---

I don’t care about their finances. I care that I get what I pay for. They pay for a DDOS protection thingy, so why don’t they pay for it if it doesn’t work? Just to be clear, I didn’t pay them anything anyway because I don’t give money to companies that threat their customers this way. i just lost some ISK. ---

Not my problem they made this game free for people who are actually good at it. BTW I payed them for years even though I didn’t had to because I found the money was well deserved. I no longer thing they do ---

I’m just saying that reimbursment for a DDOS is stupid and could cause more harm than good. ---

Well I disagree. If I get a train ticket and the train can’t make the trip, even if it wasn’t the train companies fault I don’t have to buy another ticket, I get one for the next train. Same here. If I buy time for a service, if they can’t deliver I would expect to get that lost time added back. And it’s not like this is suddenly the first time this happens. This pops up every other week. And it will probably continue this way as the only consequence it has is put on the backs of the customer. They don’t really have an incentive to fix this.
