I am sorry to hear that you have not received a response just yet. If you had an issue for over two weeks then the problem is very likely not be caused by the recent DDoS but might be more annoying now when our infrastructure is taking a hit. Our customer support is under heavy pressure but all the guys and gals are doing their best to get through to all players as soon as then can. ---

Well just DC’d on undocking from a station to go do a filament, glad it dc’d then and not in the filament like a few days ago. UK here and the skillpoint challenge is a no go for me now after loosing my Gila in the filament a few days ago. I would love to do filaments but its just pointless at the moment! Please see to my ticket for my lost Gila as it has been 2 days now since I put the ticket in. ---

Whatever the cause of the current connection issues, is it still your policy to only reimburse for items that do not drop, even though in many cases it’s impossible to salvage any that do drop? ---

Got another disconnect today. USA-SouthEast. Got the Ghost ship upon re-connect but graphics corrected after docking. It does give one a bit of nervousness when running the Abyssals. Got disconnect during a run yesterday right at the beginning of the Abyssal run but at least after the last rat was killed. I was able to reconnect and complete the run before timing out. Still, gaining the XP is nice but definitely puts a additional stressor that is usually unexpected. Makes WH and Null that much more dangerous. ---

I guess those who complain regularly about how predictable and boring things are for them can have the excitement of an unpredictable DC. They finally have something that is totally out of their control and foresight. It is tough on the Noobs though and hopefully they will not be turned off too much by the issue. ---

This was the case for the USA-Southeast last week. Things are now far more stable but there are still the occasional DC. USA-SE have been able to Reconnect (RC) pretty quickly after a DC. Not sure what CCP has to do to fight the DDoS attacks but I am glad they are on the case and doing what needs to be done. It would be far easier to rollover and cry foul without doing something but it seems they are staying diligent in their fight against these attacks. I am sure it is no fun for them either. Especially with the flames from their player base. Praise their thick hides for taking that abuse in addition to the heat of the DDoS buggers . ---

West Coast, USA - Got kicked about 10 minutes ago while trying to warp to a gate. Launcher wouldn’t activate account so I closed and re-opened the Launcher and was able to log back in. ---

It about an hour ago for USA-SE but with similar DC and for almost immediate RC. I always restart the login client just in case a quick patch becomes available. ---

Who were the 30+k players on Sunday, Monday and today? I havn’t been able to connect at all for over 2 days now except for some few erratic 2-3 minute sessions which end up by disconnections. I get a multitude of errors like port 26000 , authentication error\_network and certificate errors both on release and beta… 😷🙄 (connecting from Europe) ---

What is your locale? This was the case for USA-SE the weekend before last. I could see user logins dropped to near zero but when the climbed back up I was still unable to log in for that day. ---
