# Transport Connection Error

Hi,

I keep getting the following connection error

“The Transport has not yet been connected, or authentication was not successful”

Is this a known issue?

Worth mentioning I sometimes play eve in my living room (on my laptop) via splashtop as my gaming rig (in the loft) is much better graphically.

Would that cause any issues?
