# Trying to play again after quitting for 10 years, I can't even get the client installed on my PC? I downloaded the eve-online-latest + setup.exe from download page. Run the .exe file, this happened. ![error](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/eveonline/original/4X/e/2/6/e265f469599c8859ce852de391df4e5d3898b745.jpeg) I press the button “I already have an account”, it keeps giving me this error message, I got totally stuck here. Any help? The installation shouldn’t be this hard, right? ---

Idk, never had an issue with CCP installs but any related issues ive had were solved by using a proper browser and always closing it between those kind of screens or clearing cookies first. Its prob local issue is what im saying. Go back to defaults. It prob wants a cookie idk. I hate Edge but it works better than Modzilla/Firefix on things like this. ---

The error window essentially say’s “try again in 5 mins” Did you do that? ---

It gave error message before I even press any button. ---

My original browser was brave browser. Now I set default to edge, cleared all cookies on edge. The error message popped the same even after I run it as administrator. ---
