Ridley, go talk with someone that want to help you, like a friend or a therapist¨\*, not with those that just posted the comment that triggered your emotional disarrangement . At least not until you are in full control of your emotions.

\*strongly advise against a corp mate. A look at your corp description/stats got me depressed.
