Fortunately, there’s a [convenient historical repository](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/arc-drifter-crisis-history-repository/37764).

The long and short of it is that the original autopsy was conducted by a small team under the auspices of CONCORD, and publicly released, despite Drifters appearing to disrupt the proceedings.

Following that incident, CONCORD has not necessarily supported independent endeavors on this front.
