If you are relying on auto targeting drones and going AFK when running missions then your are NOT “running missions”. You are exactly what this is designed to stop and part of the problem. ---

We mustn’t forget that miners who aren’t very mobile, and have shorter locking ranges than either PvE or rats will just have to take the damage until the rats work their way into that locking range. Too much joy! Please CCP, stop. I have exceeded my fun quotient.😱 ---

how difficult is it for bot to emulate keypress for drone attack shortcut all x seconds? 🤔 not sure if it helps. ---

It’s not difficult… That’s one of the very first and minimal things they setup. That’s how they can warp and select things, etc. ---

Maybe they will have to mine with an Alt/Ally on defence duty? Oh no! There will be less solo mining and far less AFK mining - a good thing. ---

With this reduction in drone capabilities, can we have a corresponding upgrade? Instead of only aggroing if they’re in space at the time of the attack, can they also respond to current attacks immediately after being launched? ---
