I do hope that failed does not mean something catastrophic like a hacked account though. But if it’s just burn out then I hope that your efforts will either be combined into another Palatine project or you can leave this on the side for a while if you ever want to resume it.

Hey maybe once the investigation is complete they will lift the ban. If you haven’t did so yet send them a ticket asking what is going on and if they have any questions you can answer them, this might help clearing your case (assuming you didn’t actually RMT). 🤔
