Tested with a max Alpha Character

Incursion effects in full force  
Stats: 2661.9 dps tank cap stable (2928.1dps normally)  
Applies 225 dps with missiles, 528 with drones = total 753dps (837dps normally)  
Total cost: ~1.28B
