Looing for good VNI or vexor pvp fits got to be stable cap tho?

It can be capstable and good, but then it’s not for PvP.  
Or its capstable and for PvP, but then it’s not good.  
Or its good and for PvP, but then it’s not capstable.

It can ever be only two of these three.

It’s not cap stable.
