Not quite what I said, I pointed out that I did not want to have the total removal of the ability to war dec people because you don’t like them, so in that it is not my preferred approach. That was to do with my allow five war decs without structures suggestion aimed at solo and small group war deckers. [This](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-csm-13-winter-summit-minutes-are-out/110726/3514) is however in part moving towards [what I want](https://forums.eveonline.com/t/the-csm-13-winter-summit-minutes-are-out/110726/3496) in terms of the real issue with war decs and makes me think that they get it. Also I noticed that CCP said they are thinking of making it so that you have to have a structure to be able to war dec possibly in December, which I hope they do.
