The monolith from 2001 in Dead End - Genesis. Although i’ve heard there are more around in New Eden. ---

Some wormhole related ones: There is a non-shattered wormhole that has shattered planets where the Seylin incident started (I think these are J164104 and J115422) There is a Class 6 wormhole system (J102834) with the only named planet in wormhole space, Eyjafjallajokull ---
