# What are the benefits of being a part of NPC corp/alliance?

It was already made clear that only a single payment is required to be sent to @Aiko_Danuja then afterwards you may mine in HS for free.

Just buy a Skiff and shield tank it. That’s all you need to do.

Nope. It’s been proven that even if you buy a permit, you’re still not safe. You are then paying someone to gank you.

yep, plus this is just straight out extortion anyway, since they just take the money and not protect you in any way from others.

the money would be somewhat acceptable to pay if there were a response fleet to call in case-of.
