I had bruised lettuce cause I don’t have one of those salad spinners strainer. Also the amount of pepper I sprinkle on makes it look dirty. I’m going to try better tomorrow. ---

the ingredients look great, I’ll take a guess: spinach, walnuts, goat blue cheese, a little pepper. I would have just worked them with a little more care, but good job. The lemon? It fits in this dish like mussels in a cappuccino or Hayley Williams next to Avril Lavigne… naaaa 😒 ---

Yeah, that lemon is weird… but then I thought “mussels and cappuccino are not a thing because mussels aren’t sweet” in a world where banana pizza does exist, and then my brain shorted and created an abomination: _Mussels candybar._ Now I am afraid to Google for seafood candybars and find that they exist… ---

Chocolate seashells are fine, but untold horrors lie behind the door of actual seafood mixed with sweetness. Mind you, some entrepreneur around here figured a novelty made from olive paste, namely olive paste bonbons. Olive paste in my neck of the woods is made out of black olives, anchovy, capers and garlic mixed and grinded into a spread paste. Then fill milk chocolate bonbons with it. The horror isn’t too far… ---
